If you are looking to hire a vehicle with a driver for a few hours or a full day trip. Our professional experienced drivers can pick/drop you and your guests to the airport, pick/drop you guys from a banquet hall wedding party or take you to Niagara Falls, Wonderland, Lion Safari, Blue Mountains, Sauble Beach, etc. This service is available only with upfront confirmed reservation done atleast 3 weeks prior to trip start date.

Company Policies and Terms & Conditions
Driver Age and Credit Card Requirement
Renter is required to have a major credit card (visa, mastercard for pre-authorisation security) showing their name on it at the time of rental pickup (we do not accept American Express). Renter need to be 25+ old to rent all 5 seater vehicles. Renter is required to be 30+ old to rent 8 seater or 12-15 passenger vehicles.
Driving License Requirement
We accept full G class Ontario license or comparable driving license from all Canadian provinces, USA, UK, Australia, Europe.
Driving license from other countries may be accepted with extra conditions if original driving license is accompanied by a international driving permit in english language.
Kilometres Allowed and Extra Kilometres Packages
Most vehicles come with 250 Free Kilometers per day, 1500 free kms per week with regular rates. Extra kms prepaid packages can be added during reservation or at the time of rental pickup. Extra kms package cannot be added after pickup during an ongoing trip. Kilometers used over your allowed limit will be charged at per kilometer rate mentioned during reservation or on the rental agreement.
No Smoking No Pets Allowed / Cleaning Fees
Many clients are allergic to cigarette odour, pet hair/odour. We strictly do not allow smoking/vaping or carrying pets in any of our vehicles. Renter will be billed for detailing/cleaning fees up to $300 plus any burn holes/damages for violating this policy. Regular exterior wash and vaccum cleaning is included free of charge with most 3+ days rentals. Additional cleaning fees apply if any renter/passengers vomit in the vehicle or vehicle is returned with anykind food/liquid spill or with anykind stains in the interior/trunk/exterior or without removing garbage from the vehicle.
CDW / LDW / Liability Insurance and Restrictions
One of our CDW / LDW package is mandatory to purchase if renter's auto insurance coverage (OPCP27) is not verified before rental pickup. Renter’s using credit card insurance (not accepted for 8 seater or bigger vehicles) are required to purchase 3rd party liability insurance as this coverage is not provided by credit card insurance. Any of our vehicles are not allowed to be used for deliveries (Uber, Lyft, Skip, Doordash, etc.) or to carry passengers for compensation. If travel destination and purpose of vehicle usage is not disclosed at the time of reservation or before rental pickup then renter will be forfeited from any LDW/CDW/Liability insurance coverage even if purchased, renter will be billed for all damage/incidental charges and will be charged a penalty of upto $1000. Our basic CDW/LDW insurance packages come with a deductible of $2000 for all 5 seater vehicles, $2500 for 7-8 seater vehicles, $3500 for 10+ seater vehicles. In case of any incidents, deductible plus applicable taxes will be charged to the credit card on file or credit card used for pre-authorization at/before pickup.
One Way Rentals, Rental Pickup-DropOff
We offer one way rentals to some locations like Niagara Falls, Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec, Halifax, etc. One way rental fees apply. Pickup and drop-off location for all rentals is 1788 Drew Road, Mississauga (L5S1L7) unless specified in reservation. All rentals are non refundable if returned early due to any reason. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and all national holidays.
Weekend/holiday pickup maybe scheduled on last minute rentals via pre-scheduled appointment (additional fees/surcharge apply).
Traffic/Parking Violation, Toll Road Usage & Fuel Surcharge
Any traffic/parking violations or toll road usage charges occured during the rental will be charged to renter’s credit card along with additional service charge $50 per each violation or as stated in the rental agreement.
Rental vehicle is required to be returned with same fuel level as when picked up. Renter‘s credit card will be charged with fuel cost plus $10 service charge for vehicles returned with lower fuel level.
